Natural EnvironmentLioujia is one of the five regions in the Zengwun District and is the northernmost region, located southeast of Sinying. It connects Nansi to the east, Liouying to the north, Guantian to the south, and Siaying to the west. Its shape is similar to a giant dragon, with a total area of 67.5 square kilometers. The distance from east to west is 11.98 kilometers, and 4.4 kilometres north to south. The eastern section is part of the Central Mountain Range, which occupies the majority of the area. Jianan Plains lies to the west, which is an area of completely flat terrain, with temperature highs of 36.5°C, lows of 7.5°C, and an average of 26°C. 

The major agricultural product in Lioujia is rice, not manufacturing. This region focuses on the retail industry which provides general city services for the surrounding cities and the connecting regions. The busy and crowded markets here are the evidence of their prosperous business.
