Jingpu village, formerly known as Jingpuliao, is located in the southwestern part of Lioujia District, approximately south of Gueizaigang. It consists of Jingpu (Dajingpu), Nanbianliaozai and Jingpuliaozai.

1. Eliminate bias and promote the local harmony, regaining the happiness between all indigenous nations. 
2. Offer agricultural specialty services, assist in production and marketing of the crop, improve farmer household income in order to reach the new goal of a thriving rural economy.
3. Assist government in promoting local development and district regulations, and serve as the bridge between the citizens and the government
