Cijia village is one of the seven main villages of Lioujia, with the name Cijia originating from the area size of cultivated wasteland, as well as from the move of the Huang family in Erjia village. Cijia was governed by the Fifth Fort of Lioujia during the Japanese administration and located to the south of Lioujia Junior High School. It consists of the hamlets of Jioucuonei, Shezailin, Houbigou, Gouzaiwei, and Tianzaiding. 

Promote district regulations, allow residents to express opinions, promote recreational activities, handle social welfare and community benefit affairs, for example: low-income certification, cohabitation certification, living support applications, as well as assist in distributing all kinds of applications and meeting notices.
