Jhongshe village was governed by the First Fort of Linfongying during the Japanese administration. It is situated around the east of Gueigang village and Jingpu village, also known as the two sides of Linfongying Train Station. Jhongshe village includes the hamlets of Jhongshe, Gangzaitou, Gangzaitou farm and Linfongying.
