Gueigang village is the westernmost village to in Lioujia District and used to be called Gueizaigang. It is east of Siaying Hejianli "Madou Liao", along the Taiwan Provincial Highway 1 Gueizaigang portion, which used to be the upstream branch port of Jishuei Creek, and was the Second Fort of Linfongying during the Japanese administration. 

Promote district regulations, allow residents to express opinions, promote recreational activities, handle social welfare and community benefit affairs, for example: low-income certification, cohabitation certification, living support applications, as well as assist in distributing all kinds of applications and meeting notices.
